住宅ローン減税、小規模物件は1000万円の所得制限

政府・与党が2021年度税制改正で検討する住宅ローン減税の見直しの全容が判明した。13年間の控除が受けられる特例は入居期限を22年末まで延長する。対象物件の面積要件も緩和し、戸建て・マンションとも床面積50平方メートル以上から40平方メートル以上に広げる。50平方メートル未満の場合は1千万円の所得制限を設ける。近く与党の税制調査会で最終決定し、10日ごろにまとめる与党税制改正大綱に盛り込む。［ …
