【パリ=白石透冴】フランスのIT（情報技術）サービス大手アトスは7日、同業の米DXCテクノロジーの買収を検討していると発表した。ロイター通信によると、買収総額は100億ドル（約1兆400億円）を超えるとみられる。アトスとしては過去最大の買収案件で、規模拡大により競争力を高める。アトスは7日、「友好的な取引について提案した。現段階では、合意に至るかは分からない」と表明した。DXCテクノロジーも同日 …
